Policy, Terms, and Conditions

1. You have to be 100% sure you are willing and able to purchase the items before you submit your order form. After doing so, please send your complete payment on or before the deadline. Cancelling order/s is NOT allowed. You will be marked as a joy reserver and will be blacklisted.

2. Please make sure that all the details and information you will provide is accurate and complete. Incorrect information, especially your shipping address could lead to delays. Note that Kocobi is not liable to any mistake that the customer made.

3. Note that on hand products are limited. All shirts and totes are pre-ordered so we’re asking for your patience. You are free to send us a message to our social media accounts or to our email address however, please don’t spam us. Rest assured that we will keep you updated on the status of your order/s.

4. Refunds are strictly on a case to case basis. A customer will be refunded in case they receive a damaged product. However, Kocobi cannot be held liable for any damage that is on the fault of the customer, a result of an act of nature or any other problems encountered by the courier while the parcel is in transit.

5. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, and/or steal our designs. Please respect Kocobi’s art and rights.

6. SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER MEANS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ALL TERMS MENTIONED.
